Private Equity 
Vexiom Equity Partners, Inc. is a private equity firm that specializes in the middle markets. We specialize in leveraged buy-outs, leveraged recapitalizations, corporate divestures, and growth equity opportunities. Our strategy is to make control investments through affiliated private equity investment limited partnerships and provide liquidity and capital solutions to growth companies with attractive business prospects to create value by bringing operational expertise and through active oversight and monitoring of its investments. We work closely with the management teams of companies and stay deeply involved in the operations of its businesses, providing them with substantial resources over an average investment period of five years or more across three fund strategies. 

We focus on high quality companies that have strong business structure, attractive growth prospects, leading market positions, and the ability to generate superior returns. Our professionals seek businesses that have established technologies and customer bases, and where its investment capital, network and expertise can be applied to scale a proven business model. Typically, we invest between $5 and $50 million in an initial round of funding, with the capability to invest up to $100 million over the life of a company valued between $50 million and $200 million. Where appropriate, we partner or invest in other leading private equity funds that can bring additional capital, market reach and overall support to our target companies. Our investing strategy focuses on a partnership approach with a common goal of long-term value creation.
