Vexiom Corporation Timeline
Vexiom Corporation history began in the early 1990’s. The company was founded as T.L. Barr, Corp., investment banking firm, and included a private equity fund, Barr Partners, L.P. The firm syndicated and directed acquisitions valued more than $350 million. In 2001, the company was reorganized and named Vexiom Corporation.
Today, under the leadership of Chairman and CEO, Tyler L. Barr, Vexiom Corporation is a financial holding company operating through its subsidiaries and has $1.1 billion in total assets under advisement or management. In addition, Vexiom Corporation is the parent company of Vexiom Holdings Corp., a majority shareholder of more than 25 companies that provides a broad range products and services to customers around the world.
